This was a highly enjoyable read and it was just what I was looking for. The advice is both helpful and practical and I am enjoying some much better self talk and feeling calmer and more positive than I have in a very long time.

From the couple of books I’ve read on this topic, this has to be the most clear and straight to the point that I have found. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for self-help books, beginners to a spiritual path, anyone with esteem problems, and emotional distress, to name a few.
